Save States Supported

I made some huge changes tonight for my third game: Chaste Panel

Now the game can be saved and loaded at any point just like it can in Chaste Tris or Chaste Puyo. Press I to save and P to load. States 0 to 9 can be selected just by pressing those keys. The game also shows on screen when you press those keys. There will be demos in the future but for now I have updated the compiled Linux and Windows versions.
