Chaste Panel update

I had actually started working on this game a few months ago. However I finally found the time to fix numerous bugs. For one there were some squares flashing and it was because I was refreshing the screen twice every frame! I also changed major parts of the functions that test for vertical and horizontal matches so they now both work correctly. Finally, I eliminated all functions that used the old software surface and now everything is done with an SDL_Renderer.

And finally, just to be fancy, I used my new pastel rainbow color palette which I recently made so that the look of the title is different than it is in Chaste Tris.

Between Chaste Tris, Chaste Puyo, and Chaste Panel, my unholy trinity of puzzle games is now complete. All of them are available to buy and download for Windows or Linux.
